First off, we have a couple of new Cake Pops finally in stock - 🍒Chocolate Cherry and 🥜 Peanut Butter & Chocolate 🙌🏻 As you know we’re not chocolate makers here at Skinny Bakery - we are obviously bakers by trade but it’s always great to learn to make something new - and chocolate has been a really exciting challenge at that. Tempering chocolate is not as easy as it looks - those of your who’ve tried it will know 🙋🏻♀️ From fat bloom to sugar bloom, over tempering and under tempering, so much can wrong - throw in sugar free chocolate and there are even less answers on Google to guide you! 😂 Once you’ve got the hang of tempering, cake pops are so much fun to make 🍭 We hope you enjoy devouring these new pop flavours as much as we love making them 👩🏼🍳
