🌾Ancient wheat 🌾 This is Abi Glencross from @thesustainablefoodstory in her field of Einkorn. This will be one of the grains destined for the London 'Siloaf'. Einkorn is the oldest grain known to man/woman. It's superb to grow, needing no pesticides, grows in poor quality soil and tastes like wheat should. ✖️ No Conclusion ✖️ A very cute little video made by @giacomorun Giacomo Bufarini aka RUN, is Doug's favourite artist and illustrator of the Silo book, shown here. @mcmasterchef wrote 10 conclusions relative to Zero Waste, this is the 4th part of the Silo book. Run read each one creating a unique abstract interpretation. To assume we have the conclusions would obstruct our learning, to assume 'we know nothing' facilitates that learning, bringing us closer to a conclusion. We are excited to announce our collaboration with the almighty wine makers @gutoggau 🙌🏼🍷⭐️🍇🎉 A few years ago we were introduced to Gut Oggau as "wine makers with the Silo values", we have been in love ever since 🥰 Each of their wines have a fictional character derived from the character of the wine itself. From their website "The wines end up becoming distinctive people, who form a unique wine family as a whole.
