PROJECT COMEBACK WEEK TWO✌🏼#7weekspostpartum I talk much more in depth about this in my next YouTube vlog (Project Comeback Ep.1) but my training routine/plan is to rebuild my strength and focus on resistance training. I’ve been utilising my body weight and focusing on stability and redeveloping that mind muscle connection. I plan on training lower body twice a week to regain my strength, build the booty and tone up my legs! 🔥🍑BOOTY/HAMMY BURNER🍑🔥 1️⃣Hammy Bar Rolls (this also burns the claves ouuuchh) 20reps 3x 2️⃣Double Banded KB swing (the overall body fatigue and conditioning aspect of this exercise makes it one of my faves!) 20reps 3x 3️⃣Double Banded vertical hip thrusts 20reps 3x 4️⃣Banded Hips Thrust variations 20reps each position 3x 5️⃣Banded crab walks up and back the running track (stay low with tension on the band at all times) Wearing: My own activewear collection with @whitefoxboutique restocking 28.05.19

No makeup selfie (minus mascara💁🏼‍♀️) Five years ago I could never even imagine leaving the house with no makeup. Hormonal acne ruled my life, my emotions and my happiness. The first thing I would do every morning was touch my cheeks. Going to bed praying that I would miraculously wake up with clear skin. I suffered with really bad anxiety particularly when it came to social events and meeting people for the first time. I wouldn’t look them in the eye and all I could think of was my concealer covering my cystic acne, hoping I had layered enough on. I worked so hard for so many years to clear my skin and I could honestly cry right now at the state of my skin. It wasn’t easy and I had to be extremely patient, but I did it!! Through diet, Chinese herbs, lifestyle changes, skincare and natural supplement/probiotics. To all my other sistas out there suffering with hormonal acne or other skin issues, I just want you to know that you’re not alone and I know first hand how frustrating it is! I hope my upcoming skincare videos and posts can help clear your skin too✨

When project comeback runs into a foodie detour... As you guys know, I’m officially a week into #projectcomeback (vlog will be up later this week sharing day one) and I was absolutely LOVING it! I was smashing down the healthy food and slowly getting back into a steady gym routine. However, fast forward a week and I’m now looking at this bowl in reflection/jealousy of my old self😂 Long story short, we think Fox has a food intolerance so I’m on a modified elimination diet to find out what it could be. Yep, pretty much everything in this bowl right now is a no go😞🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve had to become even more creative with my meals and accept that some of my FAVE foods are off the table for the time being. Although this threw a little curve ball into project comeback, I’m still really enjoying the process of developing my healthy habits again! Still eating loads of whole foods that align with my goals and help keep up my milk supply (top priority), and starting slow in the gym. I can’t wait to share the first vlog with you!
