In honor of arguably the greatest weekend of sports, the Indy500, my transformation Tuesday comes to you courtesy of the 500 back in 2011 (left). My 100lb body was full of Jaeger and I’m not sure how I didn’t die from heat exhaustion. On the right- 2019 on our @bowmar_nutrition cruise. My 140lb body was full of BN protein, also not sure how I didn’t die from heat exhaustion during our 26 mile bike ride through st martin 😹😹 Ladies- don’t fear the weight room. It can do some amazing things

Haven’t wanted to vom from a leg workout in a hot minute. And then today happened. - 8 rounds, go right to the next exercise and rest only after video 6. Rest 2 minutes then start again. I use plates to keep track of the round I am on or use your calculator on your phone. Complete 8 reps of each exercise Deadlifts Sumo deadlifts Step ups Bulgarian split squats One legged thrusts KB swings

This photo has nothing to do with this caption. But here we are. Two days ago at a gym while traveling, I felt extremely uncomfortable thanks to a “man” that kept walking within 2 inches of me to pick the same 25lb plate up. He would then set it back down just to walk back over. This happened nine times in 25 minutes. His staring was extremely awkward as well and he kept making comments to his friends and pointing. I shared this experience on twitter and my story and have had thousands of women DM me sharing their similar gym harassment stories. I’ve also had some “men” on twitter tell me it’s my fault because I wear crop tops and leggings. I’ve also had one tell me I should be “grateful I am cute enough to be eye f****ed” - This is not okay. Men- you’re driving women out of the gym. We fear walking to our cars. We are afraid you’re going to do something to our water bottles when we aren’t looking. You’re ruining our workouts with the comments and looks. You’re driving thousands of women out of the gym daily- the weight room will soon be a sausage fest once again if you cannot start to show us respect - We are sisters, daughters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, etc. Just like the women in your life. Please treat us how you want them treated - Not all men are like this. But this is a very common story. Women- I encourage you to share your experiences below. We are not alone. If you do feel uncomfortable at the gym- I urge you to tell management! We deserve to be there just as much as anyone else

Pre flight pump 💪🏼✈️ Such a productive 32 hours in Florida for @bowmar_nutrition. I don’t know how I am not in a caffeine coma from all our flavor samples but WORTH IT. We finalized some of my favorite flavors today and I cannot wait for the rest of 2019 product launches!
