Late post, but this was from Wednesday and Thursday night. We hit Tri’s again on Wednesday, and back on Thursday. We tried to hit chest yesterday, but I was so tired that I only got 3 workouts done and was ready to leave. Back in the gym this morning though to do a little bit of cardio. Currently sitting in the sauna typing all this 🥵

Little leg workout yesterday. I missed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 😭 I also ate really bad meals these three days. I’m back on it now though 💪🏻

Hit chest and Tri’s yesterday, and Bi’s tonight. Tri’s were killer because I don’t work them much 😅 I’m definitely feeling a little sore 😫

Today was definitely a challenging day in the gym. I’m learning how to deadlift, so I’m currently using 10lb training weights. Just a friendly reminder to not get discouraged because of weight you can’t lift, but instead be proud of yourself for the hard work you put in. No matter if it’s 5,10,15lbs or just the bar, we all have to start somewhere. This is my start, and I’m proud of myself for doing 5 reps at 10lbs with good form🏋🏼‍♀️

It’s been a loooong day. Church, work, and then hit the gym because I missed yesterday. Worked out back and bi’s, and also a little bit of legs in the process of learning how to deadlift. It took me awhile, but I finally got the form down. Gotta keep practicing, and then I will post videos when I’m a little more confident about it. Definitely one of the most difficult/frustrating times I’ve had with learning a new workout😓

If I’m not drinking my MR protein, this is my go to breakfast! Eggs, protein cakes, and a green smoothie. 4 eggs @kodiakcakes with peanut butter and sugar free syrup. I usually put bananas on top instead of syrup, but I used the last of my bananas for my smoothie 😅 And a green smoothie on the side (ingredients in second pic +honey and ginger, sometimes almond milk instead of water😋) because this is the only way I will get my greens in.

So I said I would post an update on where I’m currently at, and here it is. I lost quite a bit of definition, but I’m slowly gaining it back😬 On another note, it’s Friday which means a break from work for some of y’all. I hope everyone has a safe, fun, and blessed weekend! 💕

Hey guys! I just started this page to update those who want to see what workouts I’m doing, and what I’m eating since I have so many people ask me. Another big reason I started this page is to keep myself and others motivated. This is an old pic from when I ran 2.5 miles at PLP. I’ve lost some definition since then due to stress eating because of finals, but summer is here and it’s time to get back on it! I’ll post an update later today to show were I’m at currently.
