okkkkk stop what you’re doing, if you haven’t made my 20-min chicken verde soup, put it on the menu tonight!! 🔥 basically all you need is 1 jar of salsa verde (or any salsa you prefer), 2 organic chicken breasts, and some fresh cilantro, that’s IT! this time i added 1/2 diced onion and it was 👌👌 paired with a couple handfuls of @sietefoods grain free tortilla chips and the comfort meal is REAL ingredients: 1 jar salsa verde 2 organic chicken breasts 1/2 onion, diced 2 tbsp avocado oil 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro directions: in a medium-large pot, heat oil and caramelize onions. trim chicken, cut each breast in half, then add to pot to sear on either side. pour in full jar of salsa, give a good stir, then cover and let simmer for 10 min. remove each chicken breast and, using 2 knives or a hand mixer, shred the chicken. add back to pot along with 2.5 cups water (or bone broth), cilantro, salt & pepper and heat for another 5 minutes. serve with avo🥑 & red chili flakes 😍 #rachaelsgoodeats

OK, you can file this under your ‘quick 15-min paleo dinner ideas’ and WOWW, it’s a goodie! I’ve made this 4 times now and it gets better everytime 😂 plus it’s even good cold, so perf for work lunches... exactly what you guys were asking for on my IG stories this AM 🙌 got the recipe from my girl @bewellbykelly and added mushrooms, green onion & pine nuts ✨ ingredients 1/2 onion, diced 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp avocado oil 3-4 cups sliced mushrooms 1 lb organic ground turkey 1 big bunch dino kale, finely chopped 3 tbsp coconut aminos 3 tbsp tahini pink salt & pepper, to taste toppings: chopped green onion, pine nuts (toasted is best) directions: in a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in oil until onion becomes translucent, about 3-5 minutes. add in sliced mushrooms + splash of water to help steam. cook on medium for several minutes, then add turkey to brown, followed by coconut aminos, finely chopped kale and seasonings. stir in tahini towards the end and then top with green onion & pine nuts 😍 you will LOVE THIS one! #rachaelsgoodeats #paleo
