It felt so GOOD to Get some Training done after the past 3 weeks off, and of course it had to be a Drumstick 🍗 Leg Session... Don’t get me wrong this was a Very light session and the plan is to slowly ramp up the training so baby steps. This however was still a struggle, the weights felt heavier than they should have and I won’t start conditioning sessions just yet😩, maybe after a few days but all in all feels great to be training again 😊 #BreaktheMOULD 🤙🏾➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 📝 Pre workout Prep (As shown in Slide 2-3-4) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖1️⃣A: Front Squats 4(not 3) x 12 (2sec tempo) 1️⃣B: KB (Banded optional) swings 4(not 3) x 20 . 2️⃣A: Sumo Deads 3x 12 2️⃣B: Deficit lunges 3 x 10 (2sec Tempo) . 3️⃣ KB Front Rack Split Squat 3 x 10 Each Leg ( 2-3sec Tempo) . 4️⃣ Rest between 60-90sec between sets. 1a,1b means its a Superset.
