It felt so GOOD to Get some Training done after the past 3 weeks off, and of course it had to be a Drumstick 🍗 Leg Session... Don’t get me wrong this was a Very light session and the plan is to slowly ramp up the training so baby steps. This however was still a struggle, the weights felt heavier than they should have and I won’t start conditioning sessions just yet😩, maybe after a few days but all in all feels great to be training again 😊 #BreaktheMOULD 🤙🏾➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 📝 Pre workout Prep (As shown in Slide 2-3-4) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖1️⃣A: Front Squats 4(not 3) x 12 (2sec tempo) 1️⃣B: KB (Banded optional) swings 4(not 3) x 20 . 2️⃣A: Sumo Deads 3x 12 2️⃣B: Deficit lunges 3 x 10 (2sec Tempo) . 3️⃣ KB Front Rack Split Squat 3 x 10 Each Leg ( 2-3sec Tempo) . 4️⃣ Rest between 60-90sec between sets. 1a,1b means its a Superset.

A few weeks back i got to train and learn some bodybuilding poses from man himself and one of the best physiques out there @ryanjterry .. Seriously though bodybuilding posing is hard AF and i feel like an imposter trying to do them as its so out of my comfort zone and i just have ZERO idea what I’m doing 😂 Btw i did put him through one of my conditioning workout at the end too so definitely check it out on my YouTube Channel🔥 (Link on Bio👆🏾) . I would step on stage but the way my love of food and introvert being is set up.. 😩😭

After 2 weeks off went to @royaldockscrossfit this morning for some Mobility and feeling better this week 😀 First of all Thank you SOOOOO much for all the kind comments/DM after my last post it was so incredible reading all of them!! ....Sleep is slowly getting better, changed my diet slightly and Funny enough I haven’t had the need to Binge, (I’m an emotional eater .. when I’m in a bad/sad mood especially i eat wayyy too much, but when I’m in a good mood i do the same 😂🤷🏽‍♂️) i also haven’t weighed myself, the goal is to take atleast another week off and just chill! . . PS i filmed a Follow along video for YouTube this way you can watch and follow along the entire routine from start to Finish and not have to pause the video etc.. . . I know I’ve been a little quiet lately but I decided to take a break from Training to give my body a rest and going through some personal issues which unfortunately has meant I’ve been slipping back to my old ways of Over thinking which affects my sleep and waking up feeling anxious😪. Luckily i have friends that i can share and talk about this and thats helped me so much!! i know this might be abit “oversharing” but i feel it’s always better to be honest! I could easily pretend that life is all sunshine and rainbows but its not and we all go through rough patches! I really can’t wait to start training again and a Vacation (which is wayyyy overdue)! ....Ps: yes i wear glasses (long sighted) 😀 . . 📸 @andyhillocksmedia magician with a camera 🔥

Training with Friends is ALWAYS the best 🔥 spent a few days training and eating lots of food with The CrossFit celebs @carrichey and @wanderlust_pocahontas and lets just I definitely don’t train as hard as they do 😩 Full Video is up on YouTube (obi vincent on YouTube) #BreaktheMOULD

M•OBi•LITY🔥 this is all my training for the Next week or 2 and become Flexy AF😅, which will predominantly Consist of stretching and Mobility with very light cardio! I have so many different types of Mobility/flexibility/Stretches that i will Program into my routine. I’m thinking of adding some up on YouTube and explain the thought process behind each movement as it’s easier to do it that way than on insta🤔. #BreaktheMOULD ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 1️⃣ Two videos on the first Slide 2️⃣ Be VERY careful with Shoulder Rotations.. if easier do them standing up

Here’s one of my workouts from last week, after round 7 the struggle got real, and yes i still hate Burpees with a passion😩... I’m taking Atleast 10 days off training and I’ll be focusing on lots of Mobility and Stretching plus some watt bine/concept bike cardio. I’ll do A YouTube video explaining my reason for taking a break in training... i know for sure my body will thank me for this, unfortunately I’m still eating like I’m burning 5000cals a day🙈😅 Save this one and Get involved!! #BreaktheMOULD ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 10mins Amrap Ladder workout(2,3,4,5,6,7etc) 1️⃣60kg (ladies 25kg)Hang Cluster 2️⃣Death Drops (aka Burpees) Over Bar 3️⃣ starting with 2 reps on the cluster and then Burpees, then perform 3 reps of both exercises and then 4 etc...till 10mins is up 4️⃣ Have Fun 🤙🏾 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ For awesome Training Programs check out my CrossLIFTR Plan (Link on Bio) for a Sample workout and more info 🔥
