A few of my girls progress 😭😳 - Jane: came on board with me only 4 weeks ago & has been so so amazing to coach. Look at the difference in her glutes already 😳 !!! We are currently going through a gaining phase and she is STILL tightening up. Lean muscle mass done right. Looking to compete in the MAY SHOW 😍 - Anna: 9 months of hard work. Training 4 days a week mainly lifting heavy (she is a weapon in the gym) & hitting steps .. so proud. You are amazing. 😢 can’t wait to see what we do in 2020 🙏🏽 - Brookieee: Mind blown with her whole transformation. Such a hard worker & guess what .. she did this with minimal training.. 80% diet girls. No word of a lie!!! Your an inspiration gf ♥️ - I don’t need to sit here and write out the kilos lost or the muscle gained. It’s irrelevant. It’s clearly evident these girls have made huge progress from photos alone and how they feel.. that is ALL that you ever need to know. It’s my job as a coach to program you and be there for you .. it’s your job to put in the work. 🙏🏽

Training has not been on point this past week and I have not tracked a single calorie. I also ate Macca’s (for the first time in years) at 12pm on Tuesday night after a day of drinking for Melbourne cup 😇 - I am up 2kg in the last 2 weeks so then I thought, to finish off that shitty news, I may Aswell reward myself with banana and Nutella waffles 😍perfect. Way to encourage the bad behaviour. This was Following a super average session at the gym too 😉 - LOL. Not one part of the above gets me down though. I genuinely laugh at my bad compliance. Why? Because this week really was a randomly rare one. I am so consistent for majority of the year, My body forgives me for the few bad decisions I make every now and then. My body and I have a great relationship. As long as I don’t punish her for following what the brain wants sometimes .. she will forgive me and move on. - This week was far from perfect but instead of dwelling on all the things I didn’t do well.. I acknowledge them. Get to the root of ‘why’ I fell off track. (I know exactly why. I was unprepared with food & went to a drinking event mid week) I then have a look at all the things I DID do well. Work wise.. it was a great week. I over achieved on my steps and I booked some pretty cool things coming up.
