Good morning! Roast plum and persimmon cinnamon overnight oats with tahini and maple to start Thursday. How to 👇 Lots to do this morning so just a quick fix after my run. You can always count on overnight oats when you're in hurry. What's your favourite combo at the moment? Have a nice Thursday! 💖 * * * To make: - Mix 100 ml almond milk and 1/3 cup rolled oats with a pinch of ground cinnamon and a little vanilla extract. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top with roasted cinnamon plums (see post a few back for how to), persimmon, pomegranate seeds and tahini & maple! Happy hump day! This week seems to be flying by, I don't know about you? Starting Wednesday with buckwheat chocolate chia & pomegranate parfaits. How to 👇 Last night's run proved that I haven't broken my toe! Which is a relief. 🙈🤣🙏But I'm still rehabing it so more yoga this morning! And a rest day. Hope you have a nice day! * * * To make : - Soak 45g buckwheat groats overnight in water. - Mix 1bsp chia seeds with 100ml almond milk and a little vanilla extract. Leave in the fridge overnight too.
- In the morning rinse the buckwheat well and add to a high speed blender with a heaped tsp of cacao, 1/2 banana, 50ml almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon, and blend until smooth.

Happy Tuesday everyone! Starring mine with yoga and roasted plum and strawberry vanilla porridge. All the autumn feels! 🍁🍁🍁How to 👇Hope you're having a great day so far. I had a lovely evening with my dad yesterday watching a podcast recording. It's thrown me though and it feels like it should be the end of the week now. 🙈Must get back on track! Have a nice day 💕 . . . To make: - Toss plum and strawberry slices in cinnamon and coconut sugar. Roast in the oven for 15-20 mins at 170c. Give them a little shake at half way and it make take more or less time depending on your oven!
- Meanwhile soak 1/3 cup oats for 10 mins or so in 100ml almond milk.

Hello new week! Are you ready for it? Hoping I am. This strawberry and pomegranate smoothie has got me off to a good start at least. How to 👇 I was back out running today, but I stubbed my toe yesterday evening so it was pretty sore and I didn’t make it that far. 🙈Hoping it’ll heal itself and I’ve not done any serious damage!! Hope you have a great Monday and a wonderful week ahead! I’m looking forward to some father-daughter bonding later today! Yay!💖 * * * To make: - Cover a 1/4 cup buckwheat with cold water and leave overnight. - In the morning soak 1/4 cup oats in boiling water for 15 mins. - Rinse the buckwheat and add with the soaked oats to a blender with 1/2 a frozen banana, handful of strawberries and pomegranate , 100ml almond milk, a pinch of ground cardamom, cinnamon and a little vanilla extract and blend until smooth. - Top with more strawberries, pomegranate, banana and a little bit of tahini! Weekend! 🙌🙌🙌Starting mine with cinnamon maca oats, caramelised banana, raspberries and chocolate orange buttons. How to 👇 It's a beautiful autumn day here and (I think) I'm finally over my jet lag. Just 5 easy miles this morning - keeping things relaxed on the running front for the moment. What are your plans for today? I'm going to a botanical market to see if I can find some new house plants! Have a great weekend! 💖 . . . To make: - Soak 1/3 cup of oats in 100ml almond milk for 10 minutes or so. - Once it’s all soaked in add a further cup of water and cook slowly on a low heat. - While the oats cook heat a little coconut oil in a pan, add banana coins and sprinkle on some coconut sugar. Trying to hold on to that feeling with this pecan pie buckwheat smoothie bowl. How to 👇 And to stay awake too. Now, where's that coffee? . . .
