M&S Style & Living food editor, @ediblewomen has turned our new chilli non carne into a cheat’s huevos rancheros. “The red pepper-rich mix of soya mince, kidney beans and black beans in our chilli non carne was made for brunch. Crack an egg into a pan of the chilli and let it bubble away on the stove until just set and the yolk is still runny. Top with sliced avocado, a dollop of Greek yoghurt, a squeeze of lime and lots of fresh coriander and chilli for extra fire. I made crispy tortilla dippers by brushing our soft flour tortillas with olive oil and sprinkling with black mustard seeds before charring under the grill.”
