Happy Monday! Try these baked oats for a super satisfying and nutritious breakfast made by our friend Seth . . Coconut Cashew Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Baked Oats 🍌🍫 | RP @kalefornia_kitchen . . Ingredients: 1/2 cup gf rolled oats pinch of salt 1 tsp of vanilla 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp flax meal 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp sweetener of choice (such as maple syrup) 1/2 mashed banana 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop LivWell coconut protein powder 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips 1 tbsp cashews + more for topping . . Directions: Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer to an oven-safe dish/ramekin sprayed with coconut oil. Bake for about 30 minutes until oats are set. Eat warm.

🔺Raspberry Chocolate Protein Bites 🍫🔻 . . Filled with healthy nuts, fresh fruit, and LivWell protein, these raspberry chocolate bites are a satisfying snack to delight in any time of the day for a quick boost of energy! 💥 . . 1 cup raw cashews 1 scoop cacao LivWell plant protein 1 tbsp. cacao powder 1/3 cup fresh raspberries 3/4 cup pitted dates 1/4 tsp. salt Coconut flakes for topping 1/3 cup freeze-dried raspberries for topping . . 1) Soak dates for approximately 8 minutes if they aren't already soft. 2) Blend only the freeze-dried raspberries until a powder forms. Transfer the powder to a bowl. 3) Then blend remaining ingredients until a dough-like consistency is formed. Roll into a large ball and place on wax paper. Keep in freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm. 4) Roll into balls and dip into raspberry powder and coconut flakes. May be kept in air-tight container in fridge for about a week.
