It’s taper time! There’s 1 week to go for those running the London marathon this year. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🙏 .. We’ll be there to support our official charity partner @off@official_rspca and their runners. Root to Rise. ❤️🙏 .. Does your Yoga teacher ever give the cue ‘root to rise’? It’s one of those Yoga sayings that probably doesn’t register as that meaningful until one day you suddenly realise that it’s the most profound thing ever. Once that happens, you’ll start seeing situations where it applies at every turn. .. Plants go dormant for part of the year, conserving their energy under the surface. When the time is right, they send up new green leaves and extend shaky little limbs in all directions. Not every branch bears fruit but as long as the roots remain there is an opportunity for the cycle to repeat.’ ..
