Happy Valentine's Day to all my fellow single ladies, gentlemen and nonbinary friends. Let's all love on ourselves today as we rejoice in #SarahVaugan's stirring rendition of this classic.
The newsstand sales numbers are in for 2019, and #BritishVogue's September 2019 #ForcesForChange issue, guest edited by The Duchess of Sussex @SussexRoyal with Editor-in-Chief @Edward_Enninful, was the fastest-selling issue in the magazine's 104-year history, selling out in 10 days. It was also the biggest-selling issue of the decade. In celebration, the magazine is releasing a previously unseen film the #DuchessofSussex made at the time with Edward and the Forces For Change cover stars. Thank you to all our loyal readers - here's to 2020.
Directed and edited by @Kloss_Films.
I wept when I saw this for the first time. I wept for the black trans girl inside me who longed for this kind of unconditional love from my family, that love that can only really happen when you are truly seen and accepted for who you really are. Thank you @dwyanewade and @gab@gabunion
for modeling this kind of love for the world to see. Nice to meet you Zaya. You're so beautiful and smart. #blackexcellence
during #blackhistorymonth. Come with it!!! #TransIsBeautiful ...

Just cause I haven't posted in a while. I have been deep in work mode shooting "Inventing Anna." I love being deep in the work of being an actor. Ok back to work.
Happy 93rd birthday #LeontynePrice. In 1966 Ms. Price had the honor of opening the new Metropolitan Opera House singing the title role in Samual Barber's new opera "Antony and Cleopatra." The 2017 documentary "The Opera House" chronicles this turbulent event. Ms.Price, a few weeks shy of her 90th birthday, is interviewed for the documentary where she sings an excerpt from the aria "Give me my Robe" from Barber's opera. You must watch the entire documentary. Let these clips of Ms. Price wet your appetite.
Happy 93rd Birthday #LeontynePrice. Today I want to celebrate the vocal longevity of Ms. Price. I invite you to enjoy the sumptuousness of Ms. Price's sound here over 5 decades singing the climax of the aria "Vissi D'arte" from the opera "Tosca." In 1955 Ms. Price became the first black artist to sing televised opera. The opera was Tosca in English. This first clip is from that legendary performance. Leontyne represents so much for me personally. What it means to be an exceptional artist, citizen, trailblazer and human being all at the same time. I never run out of lessons to learn from her example. Happy Birthday! I love you so very much!
