It feels great throwing 100lb dbs around again! 馃挭馃徏 this high intensity circuit is not for the weak hearted 馃槼. Here鈥檚 how it goes!: 2 rounds then rest - 2 single arm DB snatches (same arm) - 5 hang snatches (135lbs) - 2 single arm snatches (other arm) - 5 hang snatches (135lbs)

Went on a 2.5 mile hike with @arrows_adventure_life on the new farm! She made it about 2 miles and got pooped out! Haha her super power is definitely being able to sleep anywhere 馃槀馃槀

Close grip muscle ups!? Now these were hard! You have to literally do a pull up to your belly button before you can flip over the bar. Definitely challenging to say the least! So excited to be able to do these again 馃挭馃徏馃挭馃徏

I finally talked Sarah into getting a dog! Everybody- meet Arrow! She鈥檚 a Belgian malinois mixed with a German Shepherd. Best front delt exercise you can do! Tip: get the cable as far away from your body as possible. Tighter to the body equals more bicep being used. So stick that bad boy out there!
