🔥Double Kettlebell Swing To Snatch🔥 — As with any other movement you should always start with the basics. Become proficient at each movement before utilizing complexes. Don’t let the fourth quarter come to an end without hitting one of your 2019 goals. My training has had to take a back seat so that my business can flourish. That doesn’t mean I’m not putting in the work. It just means I have to be more strategic in my planning so there can be success both physically and professionally. Finance —> Fitness —> Philanthropy — Under that hard exterior I usually present to the world is someone very happy about the path he’s on. It’s an amazing feeling being able to see your vision come to life. It’s rewarding to look back at the tough times and realize you never quit. It’s comforting knowing I’ve had so much support while figuring out how to put it all together. It’s humbling and exciting to know that while I’ve made it this far I haven’t even scratched the surface of my potential. — I truly believe my purpose is much bigger than fitness. Training is just one way of reaching the masses and helping my community grow. It’s something I’m passionate about but it’s not what I’m bound to. There’s always more.
