Preparing for the 32nd annual #IAFF Fallen Fire Fighters Memorial
The 32nd IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At this year’s memorial service, the IAFF will add 271 fallen fire fighters from the United States and Canada to the Wall of Honor.

The IAFF has collected supplies to assist members who may potentially be impacted by Hurricane Florence in North Carolina and South Carolina. IAFF staff will be on the ground starting Thursday to help with disaster relief operations. About 1.7 million people along the Carolina coast line are under warnings to evacuate the area.
IAFF 5th DVP Tom Thornberg and IAFF 9th DVP Ray Rahne, and Colorado Professional Fire Fighters President Mike Frainier join Colorado and Minnesota fire fighters to announce the Rogers Family Foundation. Minnesota Twins pitcher Taylor Rogers and the Sacramento River Cats pitcher Tyler Rogers formed the foundation to raise awareness for PTSD.
