Afternoon loves!😇💛⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾I wanted to touch on something different that i usually only talk about in my stories but it’s about the importance of nutrition & specifically meal prep!!⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾Meal prepping is a great way to eliminate Trying to figure out what to make for lunch or dinner every night. I know for me it can be extremely and overwhelming stressful, and finding the time to make it can be even worse so then i result in take out or DoorDash lol. Although i make healthy choices still when ordering in or out, when you Meal-prep it just means you get all the work out of the way ahead of time. Instead of taking time to think about food and cooking during the week, everything’s already there, right?? ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾Planning your meals ahead of time can make it easier to eat healthier too because YOU made the food and you know the exactly what ingredients are in, portion size, etc. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾I’ve just started correctly meal prepping and I’m not sure why i didn’t start this earlier in my lifestyle change. By far one of the best things I’ve done and will Continue to do. ❤️Monday Motivation❤️⁣ ⁣ ⭐️Today I’d like show the Importance of just having fun and letting go. ME out of all people never take anything too seriously unless i just have to because it’s appropriate. But like when undergoing any type of journey, fitness, lifestyle, weightloss, weight gain, spiritual, you just have to take a step back and realize it’s ok if i fall, it’s ok if i mess up, i eat sweets or fast food when i said i wasn’t, binge 3 out of 7 days of the week. ITS OK!!! you’re learning and it’s a process. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it lol.. what i saying is-⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾Laugh at yourself⁣ 👉🏾Make mistakes ⁣ 👉🏾Have a dance party in your favorite outfit you feel sexy in⁣ 👉🏾Eat that cheese cake, because it’s fkn delicious ⁣ 👉🏾Skip the gym 3 days a in row bc you need a break. ⁣ ⁣ No one is perfect, we’re learning every single day and especially learning new habits about our bodies. Hi guys!! 💙😇⁣ ⁣ ⭐️My 4 go-to lower body exercises i do daily! Can be done as a lower body circut or just added into your normal workout routine!! ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️ circuit training burns a ton of calories in a very short amount of time and is ideal for anyone who is running late on time, no access to gym or gym equipment, and someone who wants to blast away some fat!! ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️do all exercises for 30 seconds each with 30 seconds to 1 min of rest of in between them and 1-2 min of rest in between sets. repeat the circuit 3-4 times!! 💙Morning Motivation & Gym Tip!⁣ Throwback Thursday with a twist... i get asked often about how to start when LOSING WEIGHT & specifically get ride of belly fat... ⁣ ⁣ Well- you can’t spot reduce fat, so sorry ladies & gents ☹️ However i can give you some tips for... ⁣ 👉🏾overall fat loss⁣ 👉🏾what type of nutrition you need to be incorporating⁣ 👉🏾Type of training you need to be doing ⁣ ⁣ Ready?? Okay let’s dive in.⁣ ⭐️For overall fat loss you need to incorporate strength training, 300-500 calorie deficit *may vary from person to person but a good middle ground*, plan your meals & workouts in advance, HIIT CARDIO, and accountability!!⁣ ⁣ ⭐️Nutrition- definitely plan your meals in advance and try to meal prep! Every Sunday since down before the week starts and plan your meals so it’s not an inconvenience when trying to fix dinner and all there is ramen in the cabinet. Trust me- this helps. 2-If counting calories is your cup of tea, make sure you’re keeping track of your macros if not already, macros are protein, carbs, & protein. 3- 1 cheat meal per week!! This will create good normal day to day and life long habits so you don’t over do it and binge later on. 😇⁣ ⁣ ⭐️Training- HIIT CARDIO & CIRCUIT training are the best when wanting to achieve any amount of weight loss, & don’t forget to incorporate a 1-2 or 3 days of strength training in there!! ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾When doing all the above combined you’re bound and determined for success! Happy evening 🙃⁣ Hope today was a good one!! I’m unfortunately just now starting my day so⁣ There’s that.
