Whats my opinion on KETO diets & other specific diets that really restrict you from eating alot of "normal" things? Let me know what you think! Do you agree with me? Comment down below if you have a question that you need answered! - In my opinion, keeping things simple is always the answer when it comes to diet & training. Yes, you can restrict yourself & get results. But I just think that alot of people DONT want to live the "bodybuilder" lifestyle & make things too complicated for themselves. Its not fun that way. I believe the easiest & best way to lose weight is to count your calories & just be sure you're in a deficit. You will 100% lose weight that way. Also, if you're on a plateau, its easier to adjust, what happens when you're on keto you stop losing weight? Today marks my 5 years in @faz@fazeclan Woah. Actually stunned by that amount of time. Such a big chunk of my adult life lol it’s crazy how fast thing went. I remember quitting my job to persue FaZeFitness and visiting the NewYork house. I got to know all these amazing people that ive looked up to for so long. It was a surreal feeling. Thank you @apex @nordan @faz@fazesensei @temperrr @banks @teeqo for making that memory with me. Along the years Ive been blessed to get involved with many amazing things & visited literally all the previous FaZe houses, meeting even more great people that I call friends now. So awesome to be involved in this community and helping @fazeclan spread the healthy vibes with me. Im incredibly thankful to be apart of this amazing team & feel like I have much more to offer to this amazing organisation. Thank you so much for your ongoing support over the past 5 years.
