@lindybarber has stood on the podium with Team @CrossFitMayhemFreedom for the past three years—two of those years in the top spot. Earlier this month, she announced she would no longer be part of the three-time Affiliate Cup champion team.
“What. A. Ride . .
“My past 3 years on this team has been one of the hardest, most grueling, most challenging and most AMAZING experiences of my life .
“I can’t believe that it has been 3 whole seasons. My whole life has changed and I have grown so much. I am a better athlete, friend and person because of my experience here.
“Mayhem has supported me, believed in me and never doubted my abilities to perform even when I would start to doubt myself. I can confidently say that my CrossFit career was improved and extended because of the opportunity this team gave me. .
“I can’t say thank you to them enough. Thank you for inviting me and letting me be a part of crossfit and mayhem history.”

Warm up. You don’t know the rep scheme. You don’t know the time domain. You can see the field but the method is unclear. It’s just you, your judge and Choas. #CrossFitGames 📷 @michaelbrianphoto
There are several moments, before the broadcast, where athletes are given clear instructions for navigating events. This is one of those moments led by @apbozman, before the Madison Triplus. #CrossFitGames 📷 @daniel.a.snaps
