-dumbbell shoulder press 4x10
-machine shrugs 4x10
-dumbbell front raises 4x10
-cable delt flys 4x10
-dumbbell Arnold press 4x10
Choose a weight that is controllable but challenging. You want it to burn but you don’t want it to be too wobbly!
