Exercise for me is a way to alleviate stress and anxiety. It helps me start my day and allows me to challenge myself both physically and mentally
I’m not spending every day at the gym thinking about how to make my butt bigger and my waist smaller. Every extra rep or set is also a mental challenge, knowing that each rep or set, I am physically progressing and developing a stronger body 💪🏼

Team work makes the dream work... Sure bodybuilding, sculpting and fitness modelling is a highly individual sport/activity.
Everything I do is my choice and on me... no one else.
Although having a coach is something I’ve looked for, for a very long time. Not only someone with an abundance of knowledge and experience that I can learn from. Someone I look upto and enjoy being around.
An honest hard ass, who practices what they preach. That will push me and guide me at the same time.
I have found that in @aliciagowans_wbffpro and her team.
It’s only been 3-4months on thier team and I have already learnt so much. I have gone beyond my own limitation.. and we’ve only just began.
From the moment I met @aliciagowans_wbffpro + @xkyrgios and their team I’ve felt at home. Like I’ve found my place, my people and my family. I cannot thank them enough for taking me on, guiding me and helping me!
And I can not wait to hang out at the WBFF London Pro Am and in TURKEY 🇹🇷 in a couple months!
