Putting your OWN needs first can leave many of us feeling guilty as it often means putting the needs of others aside. Whether you take the time to go for a walk, do a face mask, say no to plans when you aren’t feeling up to it or simply be with your own company, always remember that YOU are number one and to never feel guilty for that. Morning movement can give you motivation for the day ahead AND can assist with mobility - PLUS it is a great way to get your blood flowing. Our amazing member @maddieoconor shares her story about how with the help of #BBG and @SWEAT she was able to feel GOOD again and get herself into a more positive headspace whilst reaping the physical benefits of not only loving her body, but loving herself 🙌🏽. She says: “After playing sports all throughout high school, college really shocked me in terms of how hard of a time I’d have with self discipline and time management. I didn’t put effort into fitness, something I truly love, or put thought into my health. I struggled with finding the right workouts to keep me working hard while also providing clear and simple routines- until @sweat. I started the BBG program and immediately felt hope for the first time in a while. I struggled through the first resistance routine, but still made it through. I made BBG a part of my life, rather than seeing my workouts as a chore, and the results spoke for themselves. I’m not only more confident physically, but have noticed a massive difference in my overall energy levels and mood.
