❤️I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving!! Such a ‘cozy’ time of the year, ya know? Haha. Don’t just get too cozy! If you haven’t already, it’s time to prepare for the week, get back to the grind and finish 2019 STRONG. Am i right?? 😉
❤️It’s a new month so of course time to set some new goals, right? I’m going to set a few myself in hopes i can achieve them by the end of 2019!! It doesn’t matter where you are now it’s all about how you lay the grounds down to start & FINISH. So with that said here are few of my goals for the month of December‼️
🌟-Get up early for the gym, 6am latest
🌟-Be consistent w/ potty training Livy
🌟- at least 6 hours of sleep a night
*remember i have a two year old*
🌟-Keep up the good nutrition, that’s important
🌟- take my medicine daily, don’t stall and dick around. Just take it DES 🙄
❤️Being consistent and setting goals that are achievable for myself throughout this journey has truly help keep myself accountable even when i wanted to give up. Yes it’s hard- yes it’s also worth it. It all depends on how bad you want it and committing to learning & loving your body throughout the process. You got this babe, I’ll be cheering you on the whole way! 🤟🏾💛
