Who doesn't love a Chia pudding?! This chocolate orange combo is just dynamite and since it's made with @cho@chobani Greek Yogurt, it's perfect for a quick grab and go breakfast, especially if you prepare it the night before! Get the recipe below: #chobani #ad Chocolate Orange Yogurt Chia Pudding 2 cups @chobani Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup Chia Seeds 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder 1/4-1/3 cup Maple Syrup Pinch of salt 1 teaspoon Vanilla Two oranges, segmented ​3/4 cup ​Orange Juice ​1 teaspoon ​Gelatin (powdered) Place Yogurt, Chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between four glasses. Place glasses in the fridge and chill for one hour. Top each Chia pudding with slices of orange. Pour the orange juice into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let sit for five minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom. Place the pan of gelatin and juice in the stove and melt over medium heat, whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool for 3 minutes. Pour the gelatin mixture over the tops of the orange slices, evenly dividing between the four cups. Refrigerate for another 3-4 hours, then enjoy!

How's about a little early Autumn overnight oats, or should I say YO-vernight oats? This jar of peaches and cream overnight oats is made with only four ingredients - a Drink @cho@chobani Vanilla beverage, oats, sugar, and peaches. Using drinkable yogurt makes this a breeze to assemble and you can have these ready in just an hour by using quick oats, no need to wait all night! Recipe below. #chobani #ad Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats 1 Drink @chobani Vanilla Beverage 1 cup Quick Oats (1 minute oats) 1/4 cup Raw Cane Sugar 1 ripe Peach, finely chopped(use juices, as well) In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt drink and oats until well combined. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Add the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil, swirling occasionally to dissolve sugar. Cook sugar until it begins to caramelize. Once it becomes amber in color, add the peaches and any juice to the pan. The sugar will temporarily seize. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick and syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool. Spoon 1/2 of the oat mixture into a glass. Spoon 1/2 of the peach mixture on top of the oats. Add the remaining oat mixture to the glass, followed by the remaining peach mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight. Enjoy

With everyone on the go now that school has started, it's back to packing lunches for me! I made these @cho@chobani Lemon Greek Yogurt pancakes this week and sent them in my kids lunch boxes along with all sorts of fun pancake toppings on the side for a fun "build your own pancake" portable lunch. They loved it! Recipe below. #chobani #chosquad #ad . Lemon Greek Yogurt Pancakes *makes 12 pancakes 3/4 cup Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1/4 teaspoon Salt 2 Eggs 5.3 oz container @chobani Lemon Greek Yogurt 3-4 tablespoons Milk Zest of 1 Lemon 🍋 Butter Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Set aside. Place the eggs, Yogurt, milk, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and whisk until just incorporated. If batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Heat a skillet to medium high. Melt a little butter On the skillet and pour about 3 tablespoons of batter on to the melted butter. Let cook for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles have formed on top of the pancake batter - flip over and cook another 15-20 seconds. Remove from skillet and repeat process until all the batter has been used. Serve topped with fruit, syrup, or other desired toppings.
