Get the recipe below: #chobani #ad Chocolate Orange Yogurt Chia Pudding 2 cups @chobani Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup Chia Seeds 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder 1/4-1/3 cup Maple Syrup Pinch of salt 1 teaspoon Vanilla Two oranges, segmented 3/4 cup Orange Juice 1 teaspoon Gelatin (powdered) Place Yogurt, Chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between four glasses. Place glasses in the fridge and chill for one hour. Top each Chia pudding with slices of orange. Pour the orange juice into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let sit for five minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom. Place the pan of gelatin and juice in the stove and melt over medium heat, whisking until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool for 3 minutes. Pour the gelatin mixture over the tops of the orange slices, evenly dividing between the four cups. Refrigerate for another 3-4 hours, then enjoy!
