Anything worthwhile takes time 🌟 3 weeks of cutting and I'm starting to notice the changes! I'm keeping training and nutrition super simple and taking my time. Cut foods and drinks (soda, fruit juices) with added sugar out of your diet as much as possible and you’ll not only save tons of calories but also do your metabolism and immune system a favor.👌🏼 🔷 2️⃣ LIFT WEIGHTS 🏋🏽 Whether you are male or female, want to lose fat, gain muscle or just get fit - lifting heavy weights is the most effective way to achieve your results.☝🏼 I know that some of you (especially women) might hold some reservations regarding strength training. 🤔 But regardless of what you’re being told by many pseudo-personal-trainers in commercial gyms, the truth is that strength training will fire up your metabolism 🔥 (burning fat in the long run!), burn more calories than common cardio training and make you stronger 💪🏼 quickly. And strength is considered the core fitness factor that all else build upon.📈 🔷 3️⃣ EAT MORE PROTEIN 🍳 Losing weight, gaining muscle, living healthy - all of those goals require you to eat sufficient protein.
