I struggle everyday trying to stay on track and make the right choices. I can't sabotage my progress because you want junk food 6 days a week or party every weekend. Arm Day 😝 Tried out a different curl variation this morning with the Earthquake Bar. There’s only about 46lbs here, but it definitely requires some extra stabilization. Hablemos del desayuno... Que rico se ven esas empanadas full de salsa y pasarla con una malta UFFF, ojo yo de vez en cuando lo hago pero ahora les explico que pasa si desayunamos asi todos los días. 1. Estamos comiendo frituras a diario, esto no solo afectara nuestra salud sino que terminara en obesidad y mucho mas si luego te sientas en una oficina a trabajar por horas. 2. Comer empanadas así de ricas solo se hace en el puestico de la esquina y para eso primero te levantas, te duchas, te vistes, llevas a tus hijos al colegio y luego comes... ERROR como siempre les digo apenas nos levantamos debemos comer y romper el ayuno, de lo contrario estaremos acumulando grasa. 3. La salsas... que ricas son pero son lo que mas no afecta por los ingredientes de preparación, grasas y mas grasas. 4. Malta era una de mis preferidas, ojo no digo que no la tomo... de vez en cuando lo hago pero contiene mucha azúcar y es un producto muy procesado que nos da menos beneficios que nutrientes. 5. Por ultimo la cantidad de proteína en las empanadas es poca, mas masa, grasa y salsa que carne o pollo... y eso si no eres de los que se las come de queso. En conclusión: Este es un desayuno trampa #Cheatmeal es decir que lo puedes hacer de vez en cuando, una vez cada 15 dias y eso si sientes ansiedad. Consejo: Opta por jugos naturales, proteínas como sardina, atún o pollo, arepa asada, pan integral, plátano, etc. RECUERDA QUE SOMOS LO QUE COMEMOS. Ask and you shall receive🤗 here was part of an awesome leg workout from the other day! ☝🏼First vid is a step-up and squat routine, alternating legs each time I step up. Hit a nice & close squat at the 🔝and controlling the weight while stepping down. If you notice how I didn't squeeze my glutes at the top, this was personal preference-I was going for time ⏱under tension🔥 Hit 4X10 of these babies and I promise you'll be burning👌🏼 ✌🏼Second vid was just some single-leg step ups while really trying to focus on squeezing the booty 🍑 at the 🔝 with that 🔙 leg. Did 4X12! . ☑️obviously this wasn't my entire workout but these were the only videos I had.
