Last night, my hubby and I went and saw #thegreatestshowman . Let me start by saying, if you haven’t gone to see it, you don’t know what you’re missing! I’ve never been to a movie where the entire theater was clapping after the movie! It was amazing!!!!
This just goes to show you how much happiness and seeing people spread happiness moves others. We love seeing people be happy and we love seeing people feel proud of who they are! That is why I LOVE MY JOB! Every single freaking day, I get to wake up with one goal and one goal only, to make one person happy.

Workout done ✔️ You don’t have to be in perfect shape to workout, you just have to start. Yes, sometimes it’s not convenient and I need to set aside a time in the morning or at night to make sure I get a workout in. .
But guess what? Any stress I was feeling is now totally under control. I was groggy this morning, now I’m wide awake. My heart is pumping & I feel awesome. .
The best part is guys—I literally roll out of bed & workout. No gym monthly fees & zero support for me. My workouts show me exactly how to do every move, modify them, make them more challenging & when to increase my weights. Most of the time I just need weights & a water bottle & a mat. .

This morning I was up at 4:50am. I had my quiet time and pushed play around 5:30. -
45 total minutes of cardio pushed me to be better, faster, stronger. Because, to be honest, I used all my energy on the first 15minutes. 🙈
It was hard. And I wanted to give up. But I would not be proud of myself if I did. Day 1 of week 3 is OVER. Just 5 more days left of this program!!
