Back at it with a SUPER light leg day after 3 days of fighting the stomach bug. Workout wasn’t as terrible as I thought it would be especially since the first two days of the bug, I had basically nothing as I couldn’t keep anything in me. And the third day was Gatorade, crackers, and some chicken noodle soup.

Modified push up. This is one of the training exercises I did last night. I couldn’t lower my body/chest until it nearly touches the floor kasi pang 3rd set ko na yan. Napagod ang lola nyo 😄 Pero basically ganyan ang modified push up. It works all upper body muscles and strengthens the core. Yes, mothers get stretch marks during pregnancy. Flubby belly too. Unwanted weight gain. Lines. Acne. At iba pa. Kelangan natin mag work out para mawala or mabawasan ang mga karimarimarim na pangyayaring ito. 😆 Syempre kelangan din sabayan ng diet. I wanna make my body fit, strong and healthy. Kaya naman I’m trying to squeeze in some training exercises into my daily routine. 💪🏼 P.S. I created this guide for one purpose only, I really just want to see at least one person fall in love with their body. I think there’s so many programs out there that are tailored towards girls getting a “bikini body,” a bigger booty, or getting a 6-pack by eating 1,200 calories a day. If you want to build a better booty, the absolute first and most important thing you need to do is to master the mind-muscle connection with your glutes (the muscles in your booty), in order to be able to activate them effectively. . Last night was one of the best dinners we have probably ever had. J. Alexander’s in Raleigh is phenomenal, and we got to share it with our best friends. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ We may have indulged just a bit too much 🍸🍸, but I made sure to get some extra hydration in today, and my unbelievable group held me accountable to my day 7/21 workout (thanks guys!!!!). Yes I know normally sunday is funday but today I feel more like a lazy day! So I decide to don't go to the gym. But it's not a reason to skip my workout. With a little bit a imagination, I create my home made squat rake to be able to use a bar. A total a 45 lbs. I could do the same workout but in a lighter version. After a pretty miserable couple days of food poisoning; I'm back. I'm a few days behind the rest of the group who I'm doing this with, but I'm not giving up! We leave tomorrow for a mini vacay, and I had a ton to do today but I got my workout in! Day 30/80 and today was Leg Day, and I liked this workout better than Leg Day in Phase 1! I had to go a little easier than I would have since I'm a bit weak, but I'm happy to be back to it! 👊🏻

There was a time in my life that I felt COMPLETELY STUCK, and saw nothing more then what I already had. 🍍 Another workout done and a delicious Tropicana Smoothie afterwards 🍍 Good thing it was cool and hydrating because that workout was HARD! Who makes you do diamond pushups right after planks? 😓 Good thing it felt great afterwards!🌟 And what a breakfast! 🌟 I made 3 smoothies, one for my breakfast, and one each for my husband & son - which they had as a side to their toast and fruit! 🍞 These boys and their metabolisms! 🏋️‍♀️I may have been jealous of their raisin toast, but it certainly felt good to load them up with extra nutrients (I swapped out protein powder for chia seeds and oats so it was ok for Mr 2 to have too) 💪 it’s now 12:30 and I’m still comfortably full and looking forward to a lighter salad lunch 🥗. .
