You know, I actually need to stop telling someone 'Good Luck' ... the word 'luck' doesn't exist. It takes control of your life and hands it to 'luck'. I am not confusing this with the law of attraction by any means.
But if something good happens to you, you arent lucky. And if something bad happens you aren't unlucky. Don't fall back on the word luck. Don't compare yourself to someone else and say 🤔'oh their success is lucky'
😥'I wish my cards played out like them' 😣'that must be nice ' 😑'I wish I could have their luck'
Because in all honesty, speaking of law of attraction, you are attracting the exact opposite. 😭Remorse. 😟 Insult.
😓 you are pushing away the success.
Do you realize you are exactly where you are meant to be in your life and if you don't like it, change it! You have complete control of your life. If someone is more successful than you, they are not luckier than you.
They replaced LUCK with another 4 letter word...WORK! I bet that successful person 5 years ago wouldn't have been considered lucky. Working 40+ hours a week...scraping by to pay their bills....not knowing what credit card to put groceries on....crying themselves to sleep thinking at one point that was their forever.
If you have been doing the same thing and are stuck in the same comfort zone for so long when are you going to get out of it? Do you realize that the definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results?
Don't do the same thing over and over and expect your life to change. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, only difference is what we do in that 24 hours we have. .
Welcome to happy hour🤙🥋 all 5 advanced ladies were in the house last night 🎉
Recently I met this incredible woman through Instagram Marnie @billowglobal - she had a quick visit to NYC and we luckily met. Her journey is so inspiring and encouraging💪🏼🙏🏼
Part 1 - continued next post: "When I was growing up, I was always active—dance classes, aerobics (the Jane Fonda kind!) and running were always part of my daily routine. Exercise has remained an important staple throughout my life. It makes me feel good inside and out (and I don’t feel so bad about eating a bit of ice cream every night). In 2013, when I was diagnosed with the BRCA, or breast cancer gene mutation, there was no choice but to undergo a double mastectomy and subsequent reconstructive surgeries. I had a total of 4 surgeries and went through some bouts of depression. Exercise is almost like a moving meditation and antidepressant for me and I really wanted to start again, but had to take it slow.
A few days after coming home from the hospital, I started going for long walks. Then I gradually added hatha yoga and Pilates. Since I couldn’t run anymore, I started spinning--that was a real game changer for me. I began riding 2-3 times a week. When I started feeling better and was able do the weight portion of the class, it felt like a major achievement. I beat breast cancer before it beat me, and being able to exercise again gave me a feeling of accomplishment, that I was getting my health back and a sense that all was going to be ok. I turn 50 this month.

My life changed the moment I started protecting my energy and being careful of what I let in my life and what I let stay in my life. Lost a lot of “friends” along the way but not a single f*** was given. It’s like when you take the bins/garbage out in the morning .. I did that with my life 😂
A great work out always makes hump day a little bit easier and totally worth it.

She will hate me for sharing this, but, I don't care. This woman says it all. She is a true superwoman and my personal hero. She is a mother of 5.. a wife, friend, dogmom, sister, trainer, psychologist, business woman, calmer downer ( if that's a word/s) and so much more. Here is a recent message I have to share: . . "Reppin your stuff for my challenge group and asked them to go check out your page 😘😘 I may not get out and hike as much as I'd love, but my adventure is as tiring with this crew!!! Lol!! Supporting those women who have a hard time finding time for themselves! We workout at 330am or 10pm, and raise a village while working full time. Sometimes we forget our worth or that we are more than just moms, maids, wives, cooks, counselors, chauffeurs, cheerleaders, friends, lovers, nurses, employees, & 24 hour at your beckon call service:). I will someday get to adventure more!! Love what you are doing and what you stand for!" .
To all of you superwomen out there, you are appreciated, loved and very much needed in our lives. Women like us, look up to you, and value your opinion, your hard work, your high standards and your brutal honesty, more then you know. And, we know your everyday life is an adventure in itself. Not a hiker, no prob. You belong here.
Love you K. 😚
