Ahhh candles, you’d think with so many around they’d be pretty damn easy to make. Well, they’re not. Beeswax is so friggin’ hard, like rock hard. Like ain’t flame on any candle going to melt it, hard. Not only that I wanted zero wastage so I experimented with sooo many wicks until I got this right. Each drop of oil has been measured to make sure you get all of the therapeutic goodness out of them with a tiny waft of the smelly goodness too. The packages will be 100% recyclable and the glass containers 100% reusable It took three months to perfect the ration but here it is. Perfected, just for you.

We’re lead to believe so many things - how to live, what to eat and wear, what job to have, or when you’re expected to be married and have kids by, convinced so much that when it comes to seeing these things in reality or online we sit, dwell and compare ourselves as to why we don’t have or aren’t like that. But why do we get so caught up in this nonsense? Unfortunately, I am 100 percent guilty of this and it’s come to the point where its quite ridiculous. Funnily enough, I have a tattoo on my back which says “You are your own person”, so convinced when I got it that we should follow our own path and do what we purely want to do, for ourselves, yet the last year or so I have been manipulated into believing different.
Social media is said to be one of the main reasons of anxiety and depression in people and sadly my anxiety has increased dramatically over the last couple of years for reasons I couldn’t of. I can’t say it is purely due to online platforms but I can definitely admit it would possibly be a reason of few. This quote is why I have created a new page for myself. To begin a new and clean path to go down and not get caught up in what it was I was in before, some sort of bubble that left me feel trapped and simply overwhelmed from what it was that did. My life breathes HEALTH and WELLNESS, to better myself and others mentally, physically and spiritually. So here’s to realization and hope to further better myself, creating my own self again and living a life of being my own true leader.
Hope you all had an incredible weekend 💖 Myself & my rock lobster legs after enjoying the sunshine today will be heading to Melbourne tomorrow 🌻 There are so many vegan/plant based places I haven't eat at yet.. hit me with your favourites!!!!
Wow love this quote ❤💯👍
Nom | My favourite thing about summer, all the salads! Throwing it back to my Mexican Buddha Bowl from @soulboul
🌱 Tonight’s diffuser: Cedarwood and lavender to promote restful sleep. (Seriously, this combo knocks me out.) Along with valor to balance my mind.
💕 Other oils used this evening: My homemade tension roller that I used all down my spine, neck, and feet. Frankincense was added in my moisturizer so my face can have that radiant glow 💁🏻♀️ but also so I can breathe it in and let it help ease my stressed out mind.
🌿 Oh, and eucalyptus on my leg because a mosquito won a difficult battle I didn’t know I was a part of. 🙄
There will never be enough to make you feel you have enough untill God within you becomes enough.
If Christ is not the cornerstone, it will never be enough
Here’s a word for you this Christmas season.
My dog, the Caboodle. And I don't mean a cross between dogs. No, that is a miniature Australian Shepherd who folds himself up like a 1994 Caboodle. #the90s#caboodle#miniaussie

It is fantastic to learn about healthy eating but sometimes we need a bit more support to reach our goals. The role of a Nutrition and Health Coach is to be your personal cheerleader that helps you design an action plan and keeps you accountable 😊
I love helping women incorporate more whole foods into their diet and learn how to meal prep 🙌
These two healthy habits are highly requested and a massive part of my wellness program. They help you get your energy back, lose weight, improve digestion, save time, save money and feel good in your own skin! 💃 They aren’t a ‘quick fix’ or a fad diet. Instead, they are life long wellness tools that empower you and allow you to take control of your own health 😁

:: Dysautonomia Infusions: Week Four Update :: 💗
So for the last few weeks I have been posting a weekly update on how things have been progressing with IV Saline Infusion Therapy. ……………………………………………………………
So the first few weeks I couldn't really say that I noticed a drastic change in my tachycardia or symptoms. I was still really struggling with fatigue and my heart rate was still elevated.
I made changes to my diet to incorporate more raw veggies, have been getting more sleep, and my body has adapted to my infusion routine. I also started the medication Tenex for HyperPOTS just before starting the infusions. ……………………………………………………………
Collectively my energy level is starting to inch in the right direction. This last week my average resting heart rate has been slightly lower which is great because no medications have been able to address the resting tachycardia. My heart rate doesn't seem to be easily going as high (like 190s) and isn't as erratic. The most draining thing is how it is constantly increasing and dropping. Hopefully I continue to maintain these improvements in the coming weeks! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
To help put things into perspective my Dysautonomia symptoms started in 2014. So I've already tried dozens of medications and treatments. Also, I use the term Dysautonomia, instead of just POTS, because I have multiple forms of tachycardia caused by a combination of Dysautonomia and vagus nerve neuropathy.
I’ll take it! What did you get?
Summer means swapping the desk chair for a seat poolside. Ideally with @naked.grace in hand 😜
Self care Sunday 👍 It’s so important that we make time for ourselves each day to look after our own well-being 😊
Self care and essential oils have played a massive role in my recovery from chronic fatigue. A personal favourite of mine is Patchouli eo. It is a really gorgeous oil to use when having ‘me time’ due to its relaxing aroma 👃💗
Put a few drops in your diffuser while meditating, reading a book, journaling, stretching or any other activity that makes you feel good! 🔑
DM me if you want to learn more about using oils for low energy 😘 I’d love to support you.

ending the night with some self care
This past week I was able to spend a lot of time reflecting on our journey into essential oils and into this business as I prepared to share our story with our @essentialfamilies team. If you had told me 5 years ago when we first tried a drop of Peppermint on our neck/shoulders (or 4 years ago when we finally got our starter kit a year later) how much our lives would be changed by oils and that even further, we would start getting our oils that we loved paid for each month, and that even further, my income would become even greater than it was at my full-time job before having kids - I would have never believed it. I still can't believe that I get a thank you check every month just for sharing what we love, and doing it with a team & community of some of my closest friends.
My biggest takeaway point in sharing my story was encouraging our team members to simply say YES. Say yes to sharing boldly & without fear about the oils that have so greatly helped you & your family. Say yes to entering into this amazing community with people who will champion & encourage you in this business and in life. I've formed some amazing lifelong friendships through Young Living that I would have missed out on if I hadn't said yes.
Instead of listening to the questions about what might happen if you try & don't succeed, think what would happen, for your future & for your friends' futures, if you DON'T step out in boldness and say yes and at least give oils & this business a shot?
That's the heart of our Live Well booklets, showing how simple it is to just say yes. You never know what's waiting for you 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years down the road when you step out in boldness like we did those years ago. And I can say now that it's only the beginning of all the amazing things to come. ❤️
from @bodyrealmcenter - Client points to pain in both sides of his butt, in the piriformis area. I asked him if he'd been doing anything differently lately. He tells me he increased the weight on his squats. I determined that his piriformis was over active, and his gluteus medius, posterior portion, was under working. Released the piriformis and activated the gluteus medius, one side at a time. No more butt pain, but he'll have to slowly increase the weight on the squats so his brain can properly integrate the new demands. We call that exercising to your neural edge.
I’m so glad I got to see these two perform tonight! I am so round of all of their accomplishments and what beautiful dancers they are.
Going to see the Nutcracker has become one the highlights of the Christmas season!
How do you deal with being overwhelmed?
I've been feeling little bursts of it every now and again. It's hard when work is piling up, and neglecting it isn't helping the workload, and only causing you to be more overwhelmed!
I do my best to schedule out my week. This helps me so I don't have to do everything in one day. And space out my time and my energy. You need mental and physical breaks from the day!
Scheduling allows me to have structure. I also actually love planning out my weeks. It's so stimulating and exciting to look at everything I have to do! (And at times, of course, overwhelming) It also helps me find my stolen moments where I have 10-30 minutes of down time.
I do my best to put the phone down for a while, and do something for myself. Like just sit, close my eyes, and breathe, or take a bath, or read or listen to an audiobook or podcast that reignites my fire, or go on a walk with Thunder.
How do you deal with stress or feeling overwhelmed? Any tips?! 💛
If you don’t have these oils yet, add them to your next order. They are SO NECESSARY to own. Grapefruit is so so good for curbing appetite. Abundance is a more earthy smell and fabulous when diffused with citrus oils. Orange oil is good not only for smell but even for helping to whiten teeth. And Joy? Floral scent that uplifts my moodiness and kicks that doubt aside 🖤
😊Protein power magical Pulses😊 👍Pulses (or legumes as they are also called) are rich source of protein in our diets. ☺For vegetarians or diet containing low amounts of animal foods, they are an important source of protein . ✔Pulses are good source of fiber, iron ,folate rich in B-vitamins. 🌟The major pulses which find an important place in our diets are tur ( Arhar ), Bengalgram, blackgram, greengram, lentil. Some of them(Bengalgram and greengram) are used as whole grain also. 🙌On an average one pulse exchange (30g) provides 7g protein, low in fat (negligible), 17g carbohydrate, 100kcal
Tip: The protein of pulses/legumes are of low quality since they are deficient in methionine and red gram is deficient in tryptophan also. They are rich in lysine. Hence, they can supplement proteins of cereals and the quality of protein from a mixture of Cereals + pulses is superior . 😊Pulses are gluten -free
😊chickpea snack +quinoa
😊Pulses in soup form 😊Stuffed dal roti + curd
I know you all love Frankincense as much as I do! Thanks to dōTERRAs generosity this month we are able to get a free full size bottle! Keep reading for some of my favorite uses and tips for this amazing, do it all oil.
✨Head Tension: Frankincense applied to the roof of the month and held there for a minute will instantly help to calm the discomfort from migraines and headaches.
✨Skin: Frankincense decreases signs of aging, sun damage and increases the skins glow. I personally use a drop in my facial lotion morning and night.
✨Cellular Support: Did you know that medical studies have shown that Frankincense decreases the chance of free radical cell damage! Frankincense also helps the process of cellular apoptosis function optimally.
✨Respiratory Support: Frankincense is amazing for chest congestion and breathing. Layer frank on the chest and back for gentle respiratory support.
✨Immune Support: Unlike other oils that support a healthy immune system, Frankincense is not a hot oil at all, making it ideal for immune support for very young children and those with sensitive skin.
✨Cuts and Scrapes: You can soothe and relieve cuts and scrapes very easily with Frankincense, just dab around the location.
✨Energy and Focus: Frankincense is very supportive of our energy and cognitive function. I prefer to pair it with a citrus oil to fight off that afternoon slump.
✨Baby cord care: A small amount of diluted Frankincense will help to protect and speed recovery of the umbilical sight, place around the umbilical area but not directly on it.
✨Frankincense is a “enhancer” oil which means it blends well with almost all oils. Consider layering frankincense as the last step in a protocol or adding to your blends for extra support.
December means free Frankincense and that is amazing alone! Frankincense is normally $93 but through the end of this month when you enroll with a starter kit you’ll receive Frankincense completely free. Send me a message for the details!
