As I sit down to write in my gratitude journal tonight, I am thinking of one person, My husband. 💙👮🏻♂️
He has supported everything I have wanted to do as a Coach. Every crazy group idea, every incentive for my clients, every workout program I have put myself through, every dollar I have invested in my team and our home gym. He shares about our business, our products and he even chokes down foods he knows he should eat, but would rather not when I am go-mode. 🤔
I used to think that only full time or top Coaches in our company could earn fun trips. Last year I decided to take a chance and register for an upcoming trip to Mexico, knowing that in order to go, I’d need to help more people than I’ve helped before and be more consistent than ever.
My the end of March I had already failed at meeting the first quarter qualifier. I was devastated because I had two goals; 1. Help more women feel healthy and confident, and 2. Finally take my husband on a honeymoon! But I failed.
Without realizing that there could still be a chance to earn the trip, I carried on as if I were still on my way to earning it. I ran groups every month. I hosted team calls. Did 1:1 meetings with anyone who needs support on their journey or in their business. I stayed consistent. Not every day was perfect, but I was (and AM) fulfilled every day. 💜💜
In early December I was notified that while I had missed my first goal I had met the total goal for the year and was being invited to attend the Coach trip in April 2018. Say what?! 🙀
I was surprised, excited and overwhelmed with joy. While it’s not the Italian 🇮🇹 honeymoon my husband was hoping for, and while he may have to suffer through a couple of workouts, we’re going to a place he has never been before to relax and enjoy time together!
So here’s to working hard. Staying consistent and spoiling the ones we love! 🏝 ☀️ ✈️

2. 32 total lunge, squat, lunge, squat jumps .
3. RDL w row 12
4. Ham curls (20 feet together, 10ea single leg)...Holy shizzzz
5. 10ea rev lunge with pulses (5 pulse + lunge = 1 rep) 🍑🍑🍑!
6. 1/4 squat jumps, 30 total
Complete 3 to 4 sets of each superset, you'll be feeling the burn for sure! You're welcome!
