Throwback to todays morning workout. I honestly struggled a bit with showing my face but hey, that's just me, without make-up and right after a workout. So why hiding myself when i'm currently just feel good about myself? So here we go and i hope you can handle it✌
Well, i started my day with a nice 8km run in the morning. My legs kinda still felt a bit heavy after yesterdays longrun but my pace was still pretty okay with 5'14" per km👟💕 Went afterwards to the gym to do some strengthtraining for my legs and butt🏋 First, i thought it wouldn't turn out that good but the opposite happened! I managed to lift some good weights and i walked like penguin after already the third exercise🍑🔥 It was great to see that. Hope your monday was well too❤

Why I think the “exercises” in the second clip are a waste of time. -
If you’re doing this for cardio, you’d be better facing forward. Chances are you could go quicker if you face forward and therefore burn more calories in less time.
If you’re doing this to grow a bum, get off the stepper and pick up some weights. Cardio will do minimal to grow your muscles, do some resistance exercises instead...and make sure that includes your heavy compounds too for optimum benefits.
If you’re doing this for a warm up/glute activation, I’m slightly less infuriated, but you’d still be better facing forward if you want a cardio warm up and then moving to stationary ground to do dynamic stretches. This way you can get full range of motion in the stretches without being scared of falling off the end of a stepper. Similarly for the activation, stable ground and bands/lighter weights usually work much better so you can focus on the muscle you want to activate, rather than having your mind elsewhere focusing on the stepper too.
There’ll be someone reading this that does these exercises, this isn’t a personal attack if you love them (you do you hun) but there are more efficient ways to achieve your goals.
Also, don’t understand how people do these seriously. I felt like a massive boob. -
Stop holding yourself back.
You deserve so much more than what you’re allowing yourself. You are not your current circumstances. You are not stuck where you land.

But you have to find the power within yourself. The belief that you’re worth more. And the courage to just begin. It’s alright to not have all the answers, I know I don’t. But I have learned a lot and I want to help others carve their own path. I found my way through fitness and discovered it’s an incredibly powerful tool.
