Chocolate nut bars 👌. Making your own bars really isn't difficult just requires a little effort but it is worth it for your health. Store bought bars are often packed with sugars and filler ingredients.
🔸one cup of each of these nuts chopped roughly - Brazil nuts, almonds, cashews
🔸2 tbsp nut butter
🔸4 tbsp rice malt syrup
🔸60 grams dark chocolate chopped roughly
🔸 1 tsp vanilla extra 🔸pinch salt
Mix ingredients and flatten mixture into a square baking tin. Bake in an oven at 180 C for about 25 minutes or until golden.
Vegan bratwurst from winter wonderland 🌭 They had quite a few vegan options but I didn't spot anything sweet, was hoping for some vegan waffles 💔🍫

Two weeks ago we tried this milk rice pudding with apple and cinnamon because we heard good things about it 😊
But sadly we didn't like it that much... in our opinion the rice was way too hard (unwell cooked)... we don't know if we were unlucky and it isn't usually like that but yeah it was sad... because the taste of it would be very delicious 😍👐
If you are feom Switzerland... have you tried this rice? And if yes how do you like it? 🤗
I wish you all a wonderful day and hopefully not a too stressful day 🤗

For me bloating is a real problem... However in combatting the 'bloating' situation ... Here are few tips that work for my body... 1... I drink lots of water: I use to think that water will make me feel even more bloated until I stumbled on a post like this... I tried it and it worked liked magic...so when you feel bloated, please sip water continuously.. 2. Tea: I have a variant of tea flavours on my desk as a go-to remedy when I feel bloated... My best is the cranberry and ginger tea... Sometimes I spice it up with mint.
3. Lime and ginger in warm water first thing in the morning: this natural remedy has helped me a lot and it works really fast... 4. Stretching: this helps me relax my stomach muscles and all other muscles too.
Please share your remedy for bloating and let us learn from you too..

A question I’m asked frequently from clients is how in the heck can I debloat 😩 I loved these simple reminders @fastforwardamy ⏬
💥HOW CAN I DEBLOAT?💥
☕️I've posted about this before, but I keep getting the question SO! Here goes, I've added a few things since the last post👻 .
🔑 Key is to track WHEN this happens. There might be a number of reasons - for example being stressed can impact your body in many ways! - but if you can't make links then it's difficult to resolve. Try keeping a food diary for a few days and record how you feel after meals.
💪Every body is different, so it's up to you to figure out how to make your body happier👍 🍲

Here is a tasty recipe that will make everyone happy :-)
Mixed bean goulash:
430g Vivaterra mixed pulses, previously cooked, drained and rinsed
2 red onions
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp hot paprika powder
2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt to taste
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, then fry the finely chopped onions until they beginning to soften. Add the paprika and cook for a further min, then stir in the tomato paste and two cups of water. Simmer gently for 10 mins until thickened.
Tip in the mixed beans and continue to cook for a further 20 mins. Discard the bay leaf, ad a little salt and serve into warm bowls along with toasted ciabatta slices, and some roasted ricotta cheese if you like.
