Sugar Addiction!? ••• I'm a big fan of balance and "everything in moderation" 🥕🍰⚖️ So often I hear from people "Great for you if you can eat one or two pieces of chocolate and be satisfied, but I, I can't do that! I must eat the whole chocolate bar, the whole bags of chips! I think I'm addicted to sugar/chocolate/fatty stuff. I'm afraid to eat it because I can't stop eating it! What should I do!?😩" . Always keep in mind: There is only one way to confront your fears. Expose yourself to them! Be brave👊🏻 The reason you lose control about sugar or chocolate or chips is because you are treating those foods differently than any other food. It has power over you. You've put it on a pedestal. So the solution is to eat it. And eat some more of it and eventually eat it until you no longer want it. Because you won't wake it forever. Eventually, like all food, it will become neutral. . 🍰🍫So eat that cake! Eat that chocolate! Don't be afraid of food 🙂 #fearfreefood . #motivationmonday with a 2 year progress pic ❣️ Monday’s are generally the day where most people do their weigh ins or their fitness plan for the week and if there’s not much difference between the previous week then it’s easy to feel like 💩 and have a bad start to the week. If this happens then you need to look at the bigger picture & see how well you’ve done overall! Pink Pancake heaven by @myblissktchn 🌸😊💗 Recipe below!! -------------------- Pancake batter (thick): 4dl oats, 3dl almond flour, 1dl potato flour, 1dl psyllium, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 2 very ripe bananas, 1-2 tsp sea salt flakes, 2tsp cardamom, 1/2tsp bourbon vanilla powder, 1tsp ceylon cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2dl melted coconut oil, 1/2dl maple syrup, 6dl oatmilk (or other plantbased milk) + 2dl sparkling water (with lemon). The pink color for the whipped ”cream” comes from beetrootjuice powder.

Good Morning IG Fam! 💕 I had a go at the @minimalistbaker PB&J acai smoothie bowl this morning! It was super tasty and different to my usual breakfast and it’s packed full of micronutrients! 🌱 I subbed the powdered PB for @thatprotein Peanut Butter Protein in order to up the protein content. Peanut flour would work well here too. I also added a teeny bit of maquai berry powder for that rich deep purple colour. 🍇 It’s a busy day ahead, I am studying this morning, then heading to town to get my brows done, then training followed by more study. 📖 I also hit 1K followers this morning 💕 so thanks so much. Just arrived in Honolulu and so far the weather has been pretty unforgiving. When I landed the skies were cloudy but it wasn't raining but by the end of the day there was a pretty heavy downpour and flash flood warnings which were pretty concerning. With Hawaii being one of my primary options for college, this initial impression isn't looking too good but I'm still very curious and excited about seeing what the campus is like and how the school functions.

feliz lunes! Woke up early this morning and did 40mins of vinyasa so feeling nice and fresh ready to start my week 🌻 Yesterday afternoon I managed to run 10km through the park at sunset! my pace was not the fastest I've ever done, but I got just under 2 weeks before the race so hopefully it'll be okay by then 🙏🏼 . This pad Thai. Was. Incredible. Thank you @hotforfood for bringing this recipe into my life. The date-based sauce was truly a game changer omg. I pretty much followed the entire recipe but instead of noodles I used stir-fried cabbage and topped with sesame seeds 😋

I just did a killer leg workout, swipe for a little snippet ft awful camera angles GIVE ME STRENGTH bright lights in the gym. . . Leaning slightly forward on the reverse lunges helps to protect my back 🙌🏻. I was standing up straight and squeezing my glutes at the top of each movement, being careful not to lock out my knees, despite what the video suggests 🙄, but hey at least my head isn’t missing from these ones! . .
