Do you ever feel like you have no time to yourself or that time gets away from you? In noticing this, it is one of the ways we can recognise the symptom I call ‘phase shifting’, being out of synch with ourselves. This, in my experience, is the main contributor for dis-ease, anxiety and stress.
In this 2.5hr journey, we will explore practices that facilitate coming home to ourselves, synchronising and returning the source of energy into our ‘home’, and enlivening on a cellular level. This will provide you will a sense of self-empowered action to reclaim your time and energy.
Sequenced for the transition between Summer and Autumn, we delve into the experience of moving fully in a wholesome manner so that in our every day lives we learn how to claim back the moments that seem lost. In doing so, we can feel more spacious, alive, and in touch with our essential freedom.
The session will include discussion on energy, disease and time shifts, meditation, journalling, presencing practices, and yoga asana.
Janine is a yogi and healer, and has spent her life invested in the journey of returning to Self. Freeing the parts of ourselves that have been stuck in time allow for more of ourselves to be in the flow of source energy. Janine transmits this source energy radiantly in the mutually enriching setting we call Yoga.
