How to use a slippery floor, socks and traction gloves for a great core workout.
I have had several people recently reach out and ask if I have any ab specific exercises I do and I do. I try to do a weekly intense ab day workout or 2 using my @skimbleinc FREE Workout Trainer app. Daily, I also do some additional exercises at home to help strengthen my core to improve my inversions and yoga asanas. Many of these I learned from a variety of instructors on instagram and they work great. Some I've added additional movements to to get a little more out of them. I figured I would share a couple of them with you today.
Get on smooth surface; glossy hardwoods, tile, linoleum, etc. You'll need a pair of socks...thicker the better for your feet. If you tend to sweat, like I do, you will want to use your traction yoga gloves for your hands. Then its time to work the core.
The first move starts in a standing forward fold. You press hands into the ground and slide your feet back until you are in plank position. From there you can do mountain climbers by alternately sliding your feet back and forth attempting to touch your knees to your chest as they come forward. .
The second move starts in standing forward fold, again press your hands into the ground and slide your feet back until you are in plank position. Once there, using your core muscle to slide you feet back into standing forward fold. You can add a pushup while in plank before you return to the startimg position if you want more of a challenge (my modification). Repeat as many times as you can increasing as you need to.

Now is the time to test your strength! Legendary Pokémon Kyogre and Groudon return to Raid Battles alongside Rayquaza for a limited time. Now is an excellent chance to finally catch all three ancient Legendary Pokémon originally discovered in the Hoenn region!
Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza each have their own strengths and weaknesses, so challenging all three will take skill! Power up your strongest Pokémon, grab your friends, and head to nearby Gyms for a chance to battle and catch them from February 23 until March 5.
We’re in for some legendary battles, and the overall result will be exciting! If Rayquaza is defeated more than Kyogre and Groudon combined, Pokémon that typically prefer windy weather (for example, Bagon) are more likely to hatch from Eggs from March 5 to March 16. If not, Pokémon that prefer sunny or rainy weather (like Trapinch or Lotad) are more likely to hatch.
