• BOGO Day 3!! When you buy a bottle of Cilantro 15mL you get a bottle of peppermint 15mL for free! (That’s $35 retail regularly!)
Peppermint is a wonderful, multipurpose oil. I personally use it aromatically if I need a boost of energy or I apply it diluted to my neck and temples if I have a headache. I also use it internally if I have an upset stomach and it cools everything right down
Cilantro is an amazing oil and is also multipurpose. Besides adding great flavour to your cooking, it’s amazing support for digestion if taken internally and is a powerful cleanser.
Message me if you want to take advantage of this deal before the end of the day!
I remember falling down and having times I didn't want to get back up. It's easy to think fall down seven times get back up eight - harder to implement.
How do you get back up? Practice.
In my opinion one of the most important things to remember is to give yourself credit. You may not be where you want to be but that doesn't mean you aren't en route. Flashback 9yrs ago and I definitely wouldn't have the confidence, self love or resilience to laugh at a failed attempt, have fun with an endeavour gone wrong or take every "fail" as a "first attempt in learning." It's so important to give yourself time, time to grow and learn and even love yourself. It's never a complete process but that's the beauty of more life.
Just like literally anything, it will take practice and although it's hard getting back up that 8th time do me a favour, sorry, do you a favour... Get back up with a smile :). Have a wonderful day!

Very first shot my buddy Cammy and I took, Cammy is how I named my camera, a Canon Rebel T6, that camera has been through hard times and fun times with me, on snow, hunger, banquets, rooftops not to forget my Coolpix L330 which was my very first "big camera", Coolpix and Cammy are the instruments I use to share everything I show. They're not expensive 5000 dollar cameras, but they are what I've been given to make myself, I know more friends will be added to the team in the future. #Canada#Toronto
Dress Shirts have seven areas to consider/measure. Your collar should be just loose enough to place two fingers inside when buttoned. ° if your head feels like it's going to explode when it's buttoned, Its too tight. Try a half inch bigger neck measurement.
° if the collar hangs down or your chest hair is exposed when buttoned, it's too loose. You need a smaller next measurement.
