We haven’t road tripped since the end of November, which to me feels like an eternity. We’ve been staying local to Boulder and hosting family and friends over the past month and a half. While it has been a blast to re-explore our local adventures, it was long overdue to get out of town.
It’s amazing what a change of scenery can do to get you out from under the weight of your responsibilities. Even one day and night away to get outside, climb some rock, and laugh loud with friends around the campfire can feel like a total reset. Here’s to going into the week fresh!

Recipe for a great day includes—taking a ceramics class in a barn in Bolinas, saying hello to the goats there, having a lunch of coffee and cheesy grits with eggs and greens with inspiring friend @spottedsf, weaving up the coast and stopping by farm stands and abandoned buildings, antiquing in Petaluma, having a dinner of cheese, almonds, olives, chocolate and Banshee rosé while watching Wedding Crashers. Oh, and at the end of the day, finding the favorite pair of earrings you thought you lost at the beginning of the day. #carpediem#neveradullmoment#momentsofmine#thatlighttho
Come see me tomorrow from 2-5 pm at the @southwindhills open house just south of Norman. I'll have sample prints and albums and probably be totally disorganized. 😜 The property is gorgeous and there will be sips and snacks as well!
