2 months in & I am FOREVER THANKFUL that I took a risk. I am now in love with myself both emotionally and physically, have my happy go lucky attitude back, have made new friendships, love working out & eating healthy, am able to inspire others around me to become healthier & I have been able to build a team of boss babes to share my journey with

Puppers did not like the thunderstorm and rain this morning, poor baby woke momma up crying in the kennel, so we bundled up on the couch and he actually CUDDLED with me!!!
This is HUGE 🤣
It may be normal for other puppies but this one is not a snuggler and really wants nothing to do with sitting for longer than a couple minutes lol! Usually it means play time if he's on your lap.
So this momma soaked it in extra hard this morning. We caught up on @nashvillecmt + all our coaching messages, even got some new ladies started from the comfort of our living room. Win, win over here!

Day 8/80 done this morning and I'm feeling stronger than last week! I didn't increase my weights but I increased my resistance bands and overall the moves just felt better. I felt more focused and I'm so excited to see my results from this program. Feeling good on this Monday and ready to tackle my birthday week! 🎉
Real talk- I’m freaking exhausted. School has been kicking my ass lately. I have so many different things going on & it’s so chaotic! I could easily make excuses for reasons to not workout but that would do nothing for me. Instead I wake up earlier or go to bed a little later. I plan ahead for the week so I know when i can get it in.
I got my workout in before class & work today so i know it’s one less thing to worry about! Happy Monday y’all 🤠
Went to the gym this morning.
It was fantastic because I didn’t have to get up and go outside in -25 weather to get to the car and warm it up.
I didn’t have to wait for anyone to finish using any of the equipment and I was in an out within an hour.
Everything was right where I wanted it and I even had a personal trainer telling me what to do and how to get the most out of my hour workout.

Froze my butt off but managed to get outside for some much needed fresh air on my rest day! I could’ve used rest day as an excuse to be a couch potato, but went for a relaxing walk instead! my smile is still beaming at just how good of a day yesterday was. My grandma has Alzheimer’s & we just recently put her in a nursing home this fall. Although it is the best thing for her it has been extremely hard on my grandpa & the rest of my family. Yesterday was the first time we’ve taken her out for the day and we were very nervous as she had a pretty bad week. But we threw my grandpa a party for his 85th birthday with all his family & friends so it was very important for us to have her there. I haven’t seen their smiles SO big in a long time. ✨
No matter how hard life gets there’s always the little things to smile about. ☺️

Arthur and I are polar opposites when it comes to tastes in music, television, and of course, food! People often ask me if it’s hard to stay on track when Arthur can eat whatever he wants, and my answer is always no.
I feel my best when I fuel myself right. If that means watching him eat pizza while I eat my veggies, that is okay with me 👌 The best thing about my lifestyle is that I can still indulge with him on occasion without ruining all of my hard work. That’s a win-win in my book!

We went to church this morning and it DID NOT burn down. 🤣 It also took me about five seconds to put my sweats back on when I got home. Do you like to wear sweats like me? Or stay dressed up like my weird husband?
This morning my mind was BLOWN!! 1 week. That’s the difference between these two pictures. 1 week. How is it possible to already see NOTICEABLE changes?! This program is not easy mentally, physically or emotionally. I had to change ALOT of things and I’m still not doing it 100% correct because it is hard. I need to practice. Thankfully!! I’m not usually a fan of rest days, but after a a week of this new program and moving around between different cities, my body and mind can really use the break!! With just under a few weeks left until we move again, I am trying to take complete advantage of taking things slow when I can and enjoying living in the moment.

Love this ball of fur even when he attacks my mat 💙💙 I never grew up with pets other than fish and hamsters so I never really knew how much I could love this little annoyance. Yes, he doesn’t like cuddles. Yes, he bites and scratches a bit too much when i play with him but he’s still my baby.

This morning I overcame every excuse in the book to not workout. It was tough, mentally, to get through the workout.
Hank woke up during the workout, I wasn’t loving the routine of the workout, I was tired, and I just wasn’t mentally present to show up for my goals.
However I managed to push passed everything I was telling myself and finished... not every workout will be easy nor will you feel mentally motivated all the time, but what’s important is you show up for you and get that sh** done. ✌🏽 You’ll never regret a workout.

This weekend has been busy and it’s not even over.
Yesterday was the start of the squash tournament.
One thing to know about me. I LOVE playing sports. Any sport will do but my favourite is either soccer or squash.
This morning I woke up got my hiitcardio workout in and now playing 2 more games of squash.
It has been an active filled weekend and I love it.
With all of this sweating and exercise it is important to stay hydrated and fuel my body with nutritious foods.
So today i went grocery shopping! Which yes, is a weird way to start captioning a picture holding garbage bags! But!!! I can’t be the only one that does this; so as I was grabbing everything on my list I noticed a sale tag! 2 for $6!! And I was sold! Then I got home and realized I bought 80 garbage bags just because they were on sale.... when I already have two full boxes of them 🙈 does anyone else get caught up on a sale tag?! I can’t be the only one!
It kinda looks like a bumps coming in but I’m pretty sure that’s a bagel bump 😂😂 carbs have been my best friend this last month while I’ve been fighting morning sickness. So ready for my second trimester (praying I’ll feel so much better!) Did you find your energy increased in the second trimester? I’m so tired of being tired!!
