Shout out to a couple straight up *hustlas* in the Redding area, @thatstrellis & @gabri_ellis! If you’re like me and somehow forget to feed yourself (*even though you’re ten years deep into you’re adult life and most people your age feed both themselves and small people they’ve created* 😬🤷🏼♀️), do yourself a favor and order a few weekly meals from these guys. Your body (and loved ones♥️) will thank you. #HangryNoMore 🥗💛💯
Gorgeous friendly repost from @owcharlee !! Thanks for letting us repost your awesome 😎 picture!
Lastly, me first. Tired of being interrupted by false promises, empty plans, being talked into believing someone is good... all the bs. Stops. Right. Now. (Well yesterday or the day before)
AWESOME DAY! got three different PRs today and lots of wonderful encouragement from my team of Ladies at camp rhino. I am worth so much more than I have been led to believe. #motivationeveryday#supportyourfriends#supportyourwordswithactions#nomorebs
Last Sunday I had the privilege of singing at @bmartists#SundayKindOfLoveShow with some of the area's most beautiful artists.
There was music, poetry, dancing, rapping & awesome musicianship.
It was beautiful to be able to support other artists and to be supported by some of the most genuine people.
Often times when artists come together, it can feel slightly competitive, and you can feel like you don't measure up to these greats (these artists and musicians are absolutely AMAZING).
But there was no sense of competition. I never once felt as though I was "less than".
We actually celebrated the beauty in our differences and cheered and encouraged each other the entire way.
My heart is happy. It is grateful. It is full.
Special thanks to @edwardbyrdmusic
for supporting me with your awesome vocals. And thank you @candenwebb for being obedient and carrying out the vision God gave you.
Want to know what it's like to be a 14 year old girl? Im turning my negative experiences into a crusade for educational change. I encourage you to read, share and spread the word ... thank you!
I spent too much time the past few years withdrawing into myself and hiding instead of talking about the things I so desperately needed to express, rather than repress. It did me no good and I've never felt so alone.
It's scary to let people close to you, scary to share personal thoughts and feelings, but I need to keep doing it because I don't want to feel like I'm a secret, like I need to hide myself.
Thank you to the people who listen to me, understand and support me, and who feel comfortable talking to me. .
