good god we’re back at La Biznaga because they had something hot to offer: a campechano burrito! that’s steak and chorizo for those of you out of the loop. this bad boy was filled with rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and campechano. side of rice and beans and a medium horchata brought this whole deal to $15. not bad at all! HIGHLY recommended.

👍 or 👎 to Cooking in Bags? IMHO I Don’t Like The Flavor of Sousvide, it Gives it a Kinda Corned Beef Flavor to Thick Steaks. When I Cook My Steaks These Days I’ll either Reverse-Sear on my Traeger and then Sear on my Smoking Hot Stok Grill or I’ll do the Pan-Fry Sear and Finish in My Oven (This Process Gets The House all Smokey and Smelling Like a Burger Joint).
