I wanted to talk about binging at night. If you start your day with a kale smoothie, and egg white omelette with no cheese and eat veggies and protein for lunch and then end your day with 52 tacos, a tub of ice cream and 12 cookies... 🍪🍩there is something wrong with this scenario! 😂 we are all guilty of it 🙋🏽Okay, I'm exaggerating a little but in all honesty, if you feel you are eating a ton of calories at night, it's cause you aren't eating enough during the day! 🚫It's better to eat more calories during the day and taper off at night instead of eating most your calories late at night right before you go to bed. Also, if you eat a little more and feel satisfied you will be more consistent and not feel the need to cheat as often. No extreme diets, no cutting out whole food groups, just balanced healthy meals consistently and you will see the results. 🥑🍏🥗🥒 Anyone else guilty of this?!
Pretty shitty day for lifting. Super focused and in the zone for squats and bench today. Hit my first set of squats @ 425lbs for 3 which felt easy. Unfortunately on this set I lost tightness at the bottom and tweaked my back slightly. Tried rolling out and massaging the area and hit a single with the weight, which moved slow.
Tried benching and completely lost my focus and decided to not push it and go home. Trying my best to not look at this as a set back. I've tweaked it before and I know I can fix it.
Still more work to be done. ------------------------------------

Bulgarian split squats works all your lower body, and improves your single leg strength. I was stood quite far away from the bench because I have shocking balance. This single exercise is just as/ if not more effective than squats when performed correctly.
Add weight to this exercise with a barbell or holding dumbbells or kettle bells.
The more weight added the better your strength.
