Just when I thought I couldn’t , I went and I kinda could. bike booty/legs/ heart 16 to 22 gear intervals, 6.6/9.5 speed treadmill intervals which is also a great abs workout, and some much needed triceps . Followed by just generally being upside down. 😂. Today was a rough day, but ended on a good note. Lesson learned: When the mindset says no, move your body in a positive direction and the mindset will follow. Good decisions yield good outcomes with persistence, hard work, good attitude, and a lot of heart.
