Going to be super-duper transparent and honest about my hooping practice recently. I have been not taking time to practice this last month because I didnt have the space to and it was pretty cold in Sweden. I am ready to practice relentlessly but the problem is sense I haven’t practiced more than 10 mins in about month, my body is tired. I am frustrated that I am out of breath after 10 minutes when usually I hoop for 2 or 3 hours straight. I am frustrated that I am not always super confident with my skills enough to practice my arts with out judgement.
It’s very frustrating but also an opportunity for me to learn and grow into the person I am suppose to be. I am not always the best at what I do but that’s why I need to practice. I am creating time and space for the things I love and matter to me. Whether it be my flow arts, playing music, making art or any other creative expression I want to show. I want to be able to explore that art form and unconditionally practice with out fear of judgment.
