Coming soon for our November Small Batch release. This medium bodied cider has subtle hints of the three additions without overpowering the gentle apple aroma. Lightly carbonated and designed to be drunk at cellar temperature #smallbatchseries
We take experimentation seriously. Soo much so, that we have built a small pilot system capable of churning out 200 liter batches (not soo small if you think of it). This Coconut Cream Ale was one of the first brews to come out of this system, and we are happy it has met ours and @opedromumbai's objective of pairing well with their authentic and delicious goan menu.
Highlight of this beer is the use of toasted coconut that gives it a sweet coconut aroma and flavour. We use a tad bit of honey to thin the body down. The hint of a vanilla-like creaminess makes this beer smooth from start to finish.
Lots more coming up: organic & unsweetened cocoa infusions, a toast ale brewed with leftover bread and a lemongrass infusion in a wit #smallbatchseries#r&d#constantinnovation#oneamonth#craftbeer
Our first #SmallBatchSeries release is an exclusive beer brewed for the happy team at @ope@opedromumbai.
Called 'Pedro's Nariyaal Paani', we've infused toasted coconut in a cream ale. A unique and ideal start to a meal, this coconut cream ale has a body that holds up well with food that has bright, punchy flavours. Try the Wood Oven Roasted Shrimp with this sweet, light and refreshing beer!
We are kicked to work with the @opedromumbai team on pairing beers with food. Beer & food pairing might be a new (and unheard of) concept, but if done right, beer has as much (if not more) versatility as wine to pair with food. Especially with fun and delicious goan food. Look out for an upcoming food & beer pairing evening we are working on 😀
