Here is the slow progress of my arms over the years. We all have that stubborn body part and arms (biceps especially) have always been mine. I used to get wrapped up in how many inches my arms measured. I really wanted 16 inch arms. However, having that goal caused me to try to gain weight too fast and ultimately I had fatceps instead of biceps. It's cool to be able to say you have 16, 17, or even 18 inch arms. Personally, I no longer care what the number is as long as they look ok😎.
What has helped me the most in terms of developing my arms has been to lower the volume I do per session but increase the frequency. I used to have an arm day where I trained nothing but arms for an hour and my arms didn’t grow. Now, I do 3 sets for biceps and triceps 4 times a week and they finally grew. Wahoooo 💪🏼
