I was always good at the 'sit and reach' test at school... partly because I was flexible, but most likely because of my little legs 😂 #shorty
Here's a simple sit and reach exercise that's great to develop strength through the shoulder girdle, keep the core & rib cage connected and lengethen the spine & hamstrings.
Back in Rumbling Bald where I couldnt get warm enough to try really hard. And this video makes me laugh. And its also another view of how heckin small I am. What the crap.
