This place is insane. There's too much going on here. It was tough to choose but I went with the Black Edition Ramen. Black fermented garlic roasted over charcoal for 18 hours, housemade noodles, garlic chips, crushed sesame, veggies, flame broiled pork belly over Tonkotsu broth. Broth was a little oily and the egg was overcooked, but still solid overall.
