Survived the day with two two year olds and two four year olds with no older kids to help. We watched The Greatest Showman and it was as good as everybody says it is. Did a batch of laundry, threw it in the dryer and discovered wet cat food all over inside the washer...this bath is literally calling my name along with the remaining bath salts that survived the two year old shenanigans. 🤦🏻♀️✌🏻🤷🏻♀️
These are the #realmoments when you will hear me say that it’s sooo much more than a shake. So freaking grateful that when I don’t have time to go grocery shopping and am starving because the day has been nonstop, I know I can get super high quality nutrition in the blink of an eye. Thank you nutritional cleansing and thank you sleep. Much needed. 😊 P.S. It’s that color because there are a ton of super foods and no added food dyes/coloring!! #nutritionalcleansing#yum
Detailed, abstract photos like this are some of my very favorites. They probably won't be ones chosen to be blown up and displayed around your home, and they maybe won't even be acknowledged much at first. But I'm confident, that in the future when you look back on your photographs little details like this one will stand out and become tangible moments.
I absolutely LOVED getting to know Carter’s sweet 95-year old Great Grandmother at her and Greg’s engagement session on Sunday. Her Granny graciously gave me a tour of their church, Wesleyan Methodist Church, that her husband, Wesley, had purchased over 60 years ago there in Hosford, Florida. What a treat when she played the piano so beautifully for us ~ and I could have listened to her stories all day! Carter’s heritage is rich with history - Hosford was actually named after Wesley's grandfather, Isaac Russell Hosford, and the over 600 acres that her great grandparents purchased is still in the family to this day. I loved hearing how they all get together at Thanksgiving and other holidays and that once a year they still have Homecoming at this beautiful church. This church is known to be the oldest standing structure in Liberty County, Florida.

Oh my goodness - I can't even take this cuteness! Meet and love "Remi" who most definitely approves of her parents getting hitched in just a few short months! (Visit me at www.elizabethbirdwell.com)
I learned quickly that these two love adventure and we had a beautiful one Sunday night! So happy for Greg and Carter and I'm still pinching myself that I get to photograph their Wedding Day this year! (Visit me at www.elizabethbirdwell.com)
