The pumpkin experiments continued ... I mixed pumpkin, a dash or two of cocoa, maca, ginger and pumpkin spice with a touch of water and shook it up on a jar then added warm almond milk. Holy *%@!!! What a morning!
First, I couldn’t sleep. Maybe it was eating half a large Round Table King Arthurs Supreme 🍕 as a last hoorah, or possibly the excitement (and nervousness) of starting Day 1. .
It almost feels like Christmas Day so when I looked at my ⏰ and found out it was ONLY 3️⃣:3️⃣0️⃣ am, and I still had an hour to sleep in, I was almost irritated. I want to start NOW!
So I got up, downed my first pre workout meal, which Im not going to lie…although delicious I had a hard time getting it down. 🤢 I typically workout on an empty stomach but this program requires you to fuel your body before your workout so Im trusting the process. The last few bites were rough but I did feel the extra energy that I needed.
The workout was awesome…and HARD! I had to modify a few of the moves but I’m okay with that. I know I have so much I get to improve on in the next 90 days and thats pretty exciting.
Oh and while we are talking about hard. Lets talk resistance bands. This little thing brought out ALL the bad words 🤬 this morning. Check it out on my Stories.
